      Are you facing conflict?
Why not try the Mediation process to resolve your disputes?

Sue is a family dispute resolution mediator, a Fellow member of Resolution Institute.

Mediation is a consensual process in which an independent and impartial person, the mediator, works with disputing parties to help them explore and, if possible reach a mutually acceptable resolution of some or all of the issues in dispute.

The Mediator has no decision-making authority regarding the outcome; the mediator therefore has no power to impose an agreement.

The Mediator will create a safe supportive environment where parties can work through the issues in dispute.

Confidentiality is assured.

Mediation is especially appropriate where:-

Relationships between the parties are important and continuing

Unclear communication and resultant misunderstandings are involved

The parties need the opportunity to talk openly and frankly

The parties wish to determine their own outcome

The parties wish to minimize legal costs and save time
